Madison is a single mother of two children who is struggling with depression. One day when she just can't take it anymore, she takes a walk to clear her mind when Jesus meets her down by the lake. He tells her that her soul has been crying for his help and she has ignored its cries. He ask Madison to come back to him so that he can take care of her. In doing so, she has to learn to walk in faith. The first few steps for her are not easy and she finds herself angry with God. Then Jesus proves to her that he will always stand beside her through every trial, but she needs to trust in him even through the trials. Madison teaches not only herself, but a town that it is through Christ that we live. She learns that through prayer and petition, that faith is a powerful force to be reckoned with. It is through Christ that good remains!
