    I'm certified NLP Master Practitioner, and therefore have read plenty of books on NLP. There are better books on NLP + weight loss, but this is not bad either.

    Whilst this book reiterates what can be found in other NLP manuals, it neatly ties it in to the issues surrounding weight loss without complicated jargon. NLP is a means by which you can teach yourself to modify your thinking around the emotional aspects of weight loss. Case studies and anecdotes in this little book make things real and for those looking to approach 'dieting' from a different, easily read angle, I recommend this purchase.
