I bought this book based on reviews by other people.I'm almost finished reading it. It just isn't a very goods book.If this is NLP then its a bit of a con.The book is cheap enough . I would imagine the author would be expensive to go and see.Its full of stories of people who weren't able to do things and then suddenly they were able to by the magic of NLP. No real explanation as to why they were suddenly better. Its full of anecdotal evidence of people with a problem that suddenly everything is okay. Its just not like that in real life. Some of the stories are ridiculous. There is one about a woman who has problems with brake noises that suddenly go away after a chat with the author. People have difficulty understanding and learning because its difficult. Its difficult to concentrate and to remember things. This book tells you nothing about how to overcome these things. It may be of use to people who need to overcome fear of learning or have no belief in their ability to learn. But if you are beyond this stage but struggle with study and memory - this definately is not the book.

I loved lazy learning by Diana Beaver although I read it years ago. Having a conversation with my sister about NLP I mentioned lazy learning and ordered it. I also saw this one and decided to order it as I enjoyed the first one so much. You'd think someone could have put somewhere on the site that they are the same damn book!!!So I now have Lazy Learning and NLP for Lazy Learning in the same parcel from the same seller. Good job I have someone who is interested to take the second copy. Not happy.
